Accommodation Agreement

ハウスルールHouse rules

  • 禁煙です。電子タバコやベランダ、物件エントランスでの喫煙もご遠慮ください。Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes electronic cigarettes, as well as smoking on balconies and at the property entrance.
  • パーティーや、大音量の音楽は禁止です。Parties and playing loud music are strictly prohibited.
  • 事前に予約をした人以外がお部屋に入る事は禁止です。発見した場合、追加料金を請求させていただく事があります。Only guests who are included in the reservation are allowed to enter the room. If unregistered guests are found, additional charges may apply.
  • ペットを室内に入れることはできませんのでご了承ください。Pets are not allowed inside the room. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 宿泊開始前に「氏名｣｢住所｣｢職業｣｢性別｣｢生年月日｣｢年齢｣｢国籍｣｢前泊地*｣｢行先地*｣｢旅券番号*｣が必要です。予約確定後にお送りするURLにご入力ください。（*は、日本国内に住所を保有していない方のみ）Prior to the start of your stay, the following information is required: full name, address, occupation, gender, date of birth, age, nationality, previous accommodation*, next destination*, and passport number*. Please enter the required information via the URL that will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. (*Items marked with an asterisk are required only for guests who do not have an address in Japan.)
  • ご滞在中に減泊（予定を早めてチェックアウトされる）希望がございましたら、変更後のチェックアウト2日前の18:00までにメッセージで変更希望の旨お申し付けください。
    上記期日を過ぎてのお申し出はお断り（返金不可）させていただきます事、予めご了承ください。    If you wish to shorten your stay (check out earlier than originally scheduled), please notify us via message by 6:00 PM, two days prior to the revised check-out date. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • ご滞在中に延泊（ご滞在を延長したい）希望がございましたら、変更前のチェックアウト3日前までにメッセージで変更希望の旨お申し付けください。
    上記期日を過ぎてのお申し出の場合、直前清掃キャンセル料をご請求させていただきます事、予めご了承ください。
    ※30泊以上の長期滞在の場合、滞在中の清掃、ゴミ出し、リネン洗濯は、ゲスト様ご自身の責任でご対応いただきますようお願い致します。もしチェックアウト後に、室内設備の汚破損が発見された場合は、相当額をご請求させていただきますのでご留意ください。    If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us via message no later than three days prior to the original check-out date. Requests made after this deadline may incur a last-minute cleaning cancellation fee.
    ※ For long-term stays of 30 nights or more, guests are responsible for cleaning, garbage disposal, and laundry of linens during the stay. Please note that if any damage or excessive dirt is found in the room or facilities after check-out, an appropriate charge will be applied.
