取得する個人情報Personal Information to be Collected

当社は、住宅宿泊事業法、旅館業法その他関連法令（以下「住宅宿泊事業法等」といいます。）に基づき宿泊者名簿の作成を行う等適法に宿泊提供等の当社のサービスを行い、宿泊者に適切な連絡をとることにより宿泊サービスを円滑に提供するため等下記「個人情報を利用する目的について」に記載する目的のため、以下の情報を取得いたします。必要項目について未入力の場合、当社はサービスのすべてを提供できない場合があります。We collect the following information to facilitate the smooth provision of lodging services, to maintain appropriate communication with guests, and to create guest registers in accordance with the Private Lodging Business Act, the Hotel Business Act, and other related laws and regulations (hereinafter "Private Lodging Business Act, etc."). If the required fields are not completed, we may be unable to provide some or all of our services.

• ゲスト情報（氏名、パスポート番号、住所、職業、国籍等、お客様から円滑な宿泊利用のため自ら申告があった場合の身体不自由等の病歴の特記事項）Guest Information: Name, passport number, address, occupation, nationality, and any specific medical history (e.g., physical disabilities) voluntarily disclosed by the guest for the purpose of ensuring a smooth stay.
• 宿泊情報（チェックインチェックアウトの日時、前泊地、後泊地等）Stay Information: Check-in/check-out dates and times, previous place of stay, next destination, etc.
• 連絡情報（電話番号、メールアドレス等）Contact Information: Phone number, email address, etc.

個人情報を利用する目的についてPurposes of Use

• 宿泊手配及び手続きに伴うご連絡のため。To communicate regarding accommodation arrangements and procedures.
• 住宅宿泊事業法等により求められる宿泊者名簿の作成のため。To create guest registers as required by the Private Lodging Business Act, etc.
• 当社が取り扱う商品等のご案内及び販売の勧誘のため。To provide information and solicit sales for products and services handled by the Company.
• 上記サービス及び商品等に関するお問合せへのサポートのため。To provide support for inquiries regarding the aforementioned services and products.
• マーケティング及び当社のサービス及び商品等の改善のため。For marketing purposes and the improvement of our services and products.

当社以外の第三者への提供や一部業務の委託についてProvision to Third Parties and Outsourcing

当社が取得した個人情報は、お申し込みいただいたご宿泊の手続きなど、本サービスの利用過程において、機密保持契約を締結する、クレジットカード会社、宿泊施設、住宅宿泊事業者、住宅宿泊管理業者、住宅宿泊仲介業者を営む者等へ、サービスの手配および受領のために必要な範囲内で書面やデータにより提供させていただきます。なお、お客様の事前の明示による同意を得た場合、当社は個人情報の利用目的外利用または第三者への提供または開示ができるものとします。Personal information acquired by the Company will be provided in writing or electronic format to third parties with whom we have entered into confidentiality agreements—including credit card companies, accommodation facilities, private lodging operators, private lodging administrators, and private lodging intermediaries—within the scope necessary for the arrangement and receipt of services during the course of using this service (such as processing your accommodation application). Furthermore, with your explicit prior consent, the Company may use personal information for purposes other than those specified, or provide/disclose it to third parties.
Notwithstanding the above, personal information may be disclosed or provided to third parties without prior consent in the following cases:

• お客様の同意を得た場合。When the individual’s consent has been obtained.
• 法令に基づいて開示を求められた場合。When disclosure is required by laws and regulations.
• ご購入者の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要である場合であってご本人の同意を得ることが困難なとき。When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of the purchaser, and obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
• 政府機関、地方公共団体、公共機関から協力を要請された場合。When a request for cooperation is received from government agencies, local governments, or public institutions.
• なお、当該業務の遂行のため、個人情報の一部を当社以外の企業等に委託する場合がございます。委託企業に対して、当社は安全管理を義務付け、定期的に実施状況を確認いたします。Additionally, we may entrust a portion of personal information to third-party contractors for the performance of the aforementioned operations. 関連会社等の第三者への情報提供Provision to Affiliates and Overseas Third Parties

当社は株式会社エボラブルアジア及びその子会社等の同社の関係会社（財務諸表等の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則第８条第８号で定めるものをいう。）と個人情報を共有する場合があります。
また、当社は個人情報の利用目的を達成するため外国にある第三者に対し個人情報を提供する場合があります。上記の場合において当社は提供先である第三者が個人情報保護法令を遵守し個人情報を適切に管理するよう連携に努めます。The Company may share personal information with Evolable Asia Corp. and its subsidiaries or affiliates (as defined in Article 8, Paragraph 8 of the Regulations Concerning Terminology, Forms, and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements). Additionally, to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may provide personal information to third parties located in foreign countries. In such instances, we will endeavor to ensure that the recipient manages the information appropriately in compliance with Personal Information Protection Laws and Regulations.

EU域内からの情報取得についてCollection of Information from the EU

当社がＥＵ域内から十分性認定に基づき個人データの提供を受ける場合、当該個人データの提供を受ける際に特定された利用目的、取得の経緯について確認し、記録いたします。When the Company receives personal data from within the EU based on an Adequacy Decision, we shall confirm and record the purpose of use and the circumstances of the acquisition specified at the time of receipt.

取得の任意性についてVoluntariness of Data Provision

当社が取得する個人情報は、ご本人の意思に基づくものであり、個人情報のご登録は任意となります。なお、宿泊手続きにあたっては、一部、または全部を記入いただけない場合に、各手続ができない場合があります。The provision of personal information is based on the will of the individual and is voluntary. 個人情報の開示等の請求についてRequests for Disclosure of Personal Information
